The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is a way of integrating mindfulness into daily living: paying attention on purpose in the present moment, without judgment, to life as it is. Research has shown MBSR supports better health, stress hardiness, and a better quality of life. In the MBSR classes you will learn how to use present moment awareness: to quiet the mind, be responsive rather than reactive, improve your communication skills, increased concentration, empower decision-making, decrease symptoms of stress, depression and chronic pain to make life seem more manageable.
