Rock River Hospice & Home's Celebration of Life

A special time of remembering and honoring the loved ones we served in the past year with candle lighting, music & readings make this service a time of healing as well as celebration.

We also welcome those who have not used hospice services; please call 815-625-3858 to have your loved one's name included in the readings and hand-outs.
