              69th Annual Fiesta Parade will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 17. The parade will begin in Rock Falls and continue into Sterling, entering on 1st Ave. The Fiesta Parade is hosted by the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce's Hispanic Business Leaders Committee.
