65th Annual Fiesta Day Parade

    Saturday, September 16, 2017

    The parade will begin at 1:00p.m. in Rock Falls and end in Sterling at Grandon Civic Center.

    Join us after the parade for a vendor fair, food, and performances by Grupo Alegria, Grupo Jalisco, and the Glenview Middle School Mariachi Band!

    The Hispanic Business Leaders Committee of the SVACC invites you and your business, organization, etc. to participate in the 65th annual Fiesta Day Parade on Saturday, September 16, 2017! Sign up online or print the form, view the English pdf | Spanish pdf.



    Join us at the Grandon Civic Center in Sterling after the parade for performances by local folkloric dance troops Grupo Alegria and Grupo Jalisco, as well as a musical performance by the Glenview Middle School Mariachi Band from East Moline.

    HBLC Vendor Fair

    Following the parade will be our 2nd Annual HBLC Vendor Fair at the Grandon Civic Center in Sterling! The vendor fair will be from 1PM to 5PM. Participation fees are $15 for chamber members and $25 for non-chamber members.

  • Taste of Fiesta 2017

    On Saturday, September 9, 2017, visit the Grandon Civic Center in Sterling for the Taste of Fiesta, 12PM-6PM! Stop by to try some food, enjoy music, art, dance and culture, Kermes fun fair, and etc. The Taste of Fiesta will also have folkloric dancers performing, local musicians, local artists, and free kids' crafts and activities. Brought to you by the Taste of Fiesta Inc., The Community That Cares Project, social service providers and many local Hispanic and non-Hispanic businesses. Free admission.
